Terms and Conditions of Business

Please contact us if you need clarification of anything within these Terms & Conditions as all bookings are subject to your acceptance of them.

Touring & Camping Pitches
Bank Holidays are for a minimum stay of 3 nights and Weekends (mid-June to mid-September) for a minimum of 2 nights.
We do not accept bookings for more than two pitches, unless by prior arrangement.
Arrivals: between 1.00pm and 8.00pm. Notify us is advance if you expect to arrive later.
Departures: by 12.00 noon. Late Departures may be possible (or alternative parking space made available) for which a small charge is levied at the time of request.

Bed & Breakfast Accommodation and “The Coop”
Rooms will normally be available from 4.00pm on the arrival date and should be vacated not later than 10.00am the morning of departure.

Vehicles & Parking
Commercial or sign-written vehicles are not allowed on the campsite. Only one car is permitted per pitch. Other private cars may be brought but must be parked where directed and will be subject to a nightly charge.

Access requirements
Any special access requirement should be highlighted at the time of booking; we will do all possible to assist.

Use of your pitch
Only persons paid for at the time of booking are permitted to use the pitch. Any additional occupant must be declared on arrival. The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all members in his/her party and invited visitors, whilst at East End Farm.

Visitors Policy
Friends/relatives may visit but must they must be registered at the site office before accessing site. There is a small per capita charge for visitors.

Unreasonable Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate bookings without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of one (or more) members of a holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. This may include -but is not limited to – verbal or physical abuse, and will be up to management’s discretion.

Pets
Not all our visitors are dog lovers. By bringing your dog to site you undertake to:
• Ensure it is not an annoyance to others.
• Keep it under control at all times (sheep, lambs and young livestock in the adjacent paddock).
• Exercise it regularly off-site (there is NO on-site dog walk).
• Collect your dog’s droppings and dispose of them in an appropriate manner.
For hygiene reasons, do not take your pet on to the grassed area in front of the facilities/office building.

Safety of Children whilst at East End Farm
In line with Covid safety measures, ALL children under 12 should be accompanied to and from the facilities building. Do not allow children to play outside the camping paddock or climb on our gates and fences.

Peaceful Site
As we are situated in the middle of a village and have close neighbours, East End Farm becomes a Peaceful Site from 9.30 pm.

Smoking
It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England and this applies equally to our Facilities building.

Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less 10{f4c3117ec2d295ee943cbb15098afd98c7917ec26b8e1cd3421554359fb5f7e0} booking fee) will be made when cancellation is made 14 days or more before your notified arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will not be refunded except in cases of bereavement, severe illness or hospitalisation.

If we change or cancel your booking
Where there is no alternative to changing the date or cancelling your reservation, we will inform you as soon as possible giving you the opportunity of change of date or cancellation with full refund of monies already paid.
We do not pay compensation where cancellation arises from unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us fulfilling a contract (force majeure].
